Please read this information before purchasing,

PRODUCTS

I am a one-woman team and do everything myself, from creating the artwork to packaging, handling and posting prints and artwork.​

* My prints are sourced from a local printer within the UK, which focuses on planet-friendly printing processes. The paper used is made from partly recycled materials and is fully recyclable.

* All prints are hand-signed and dated on either the back or front.

* All copyright belongs to me, the artist. When you purchase an item, you are buying the physical product itself, not the right to reproduce or copy it. 

* If there is a particular art piece of mine you'd like to purchase as a print, please let me know via email or social media. I will consider producing prints if the demand is high enough. That said, I would like to expand my selection of prints in the future, so keep an eye on the shop, the print you want might just appear!

SHIPPING

* All items are sent via Royal Mail. You can choose between second class, first class, tracked 48 and tracked 24 delivery at checkout in the UK, and international standard or international tracked for the rest of the world.

* Items will be shipped within 7 days of purchasing. If you have chosen tracked shipping, a tracking code will be emailed to you once the order has been dispatched. Visit the Royal Mail website here to track your order: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

* Please ensure your delivery address and contact information is correct before placing your order. If you've made a mistake, please get in touch with me ASAP so I can correct it before shipping. I'm not responsible for items delivered to the wrong address. 

* If ordering overseas from the UK, please take into account that shipping can take up to a month depending on your country. Royal Mail quotes that shipping to Europe takes 3 - 5 business days, and to the USA, Australia and New Zealand takes 6 -7 business days. 

 

* Any customs fees in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer, not me. 

* If your country is not available for shipping, please let me know and I will look into adding it. 

* Unfortunately I cannot ship to countries within the EU anymore due to the new General Product Safety Regulation, which has introduced lots of complicated requirements for products. From 13th December 2024, any person selling products to the EU has to have an economic operator within the Union, which isn't viable for me. :(

REFUNDS

* I pack all items with care to ensure the safest possible journey. Each print is packaged in a card-backed mailer to prevent bending. 

* I don't offer refunds on prints, sorry. 

* However, in the unlikely scenario you receive the wrong item(s) by mistake, please send me a photo of the items along with your order number and details via email. The order will need to be returned to me and then either issued a refund, or the correct items shipped out at no extra cost as this was my mistake. 

*I'm not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Once I drop your parcel off at the post office, it is in the hands of the postal service and out of my control. I can't offer to cover the costs of lost or damaged parcels like a large corporation can as I'm only a small business. Thank you for your consideration. :)
